We love trains! Dad collected pre-war wind-ups and electrics and I work mostly with O (postwar) & HO. We were working on our first layout together. He departed from us Jan. 9, 2016 after dealing with aggressive bone cancer.

They seem to last forever
2 of 2 found this helpful LGB Products are incredibly well build. These little Stainz locos run very smooth and hardly ever break. They do need to be maintained but very little under normal use. The track is solid brass and has great conductivity.
