Buy from Tony! Both Jura and Tony will stand behind product!
1 of 1 found this helpful Such an excellent product. Packaging was mildly off as the tank was not taped down, but Tony took care of all issues, contacting Jura and dealing with the broken tank. He had new one sent out. He is such a good person to work with, that he made the purchase that much better!
Coffee selections are great, and the brew is bold. I love this machine.
