If I hadn’t gotten a reduced price, thus would have been a neutral feedback. The item is as described and does work. However, the shipping/packing was atrocious and how it arrived in one piece is amazing. I spent no less than an hour untangling all the cords to each piece. I cannot believe someone would shipping with no padding at all and send in such a terrible tangled mess.
