Beautiful AND works.
This unit fit the bike like it is supposed to, no extra work to make it work, just bolt it in place, plug in the wiring (had the correct connectors) and hit the road. It looks great and puts out the necessary charge to keep my bike singing.

The good and the bad
Excellent cure for the botched automatic cam chain adjuster from the factory. Yes, if you need to adjust the cam chain you have to do it yourself but that's a small price to pay for something that works like it should. I was bummed out for it not being available in polished aluminum (except for a different brand @ twice the price) so I just spray painted mine. The other problem I had to fix was the bolt was to long for my application so I had to cut the staked nut off and shorten the bolt to clear the coolant overflow tank. PMW
