A missing bacteria in our Gut

I use it to make a yogurt like product, yielding the l. reuteri strain of bacteria. Tasty and so good for the gut biome. Check out Dr William Davis for more info.

Low cost and functional

Not as simple as a heat only thermostat, but works (my error in detail). Only gripe is zero adjustment details. Some internals that you have to experiment with. Wanted a bigger differential. I'm not a heating/cooling guy but worked it out.
