Great connector for repair of headphone
Great gold flashed connector. only issue is no cable strain relief or solder lugs. note to be careful soldering, as the insulation plastic will melt if care is not taken when attaching cord wires.

Great Microphone, super rugged.
Rugged microphone, commercial grade look and feel and has a really solid feel . This is not your average amateur speaker mic. Audio is better than the radio itself. Only down side is also part of the upside, this mic is larger than average and a little heavy for lapel clip.

Exceptionally useful power supply / voltmeter / pico ammeter. Knob control makes it easy to make adjustments in real time. Intuitive interface. Only issues are old style (non scpi ) remote control interface and Triax for all terminals. Triax is needed on most sensitive scales, but there is no option for binding posts or banana jacks.
