2 of 2 found this helpful This product works extremely well on tired muscles, light sprains/strains. It goes on cool and you can feel the cold penetrate the area where it is applied. The coolness can be felt for quite a long while after the application. I usually reapply every two or three hours if needed, but usually don't. Much easier to use on the go than an ice pack.
