It's Krohn-Hite - the Good Stuff
Krohn-Hite is a high-end brand of professional and laboratory test equipment - so it's extra nice when you find a Krohn-Hite product fully functional at a great price. This generator puts out sharp, stable waves and is accurate enough without bothering to go inside to touch up the calibration. I am extremely happy to have a piece of Krohn-Hite in my test equipment arsenal.

It's very forgiving
I ordered a 9 inch deep tuner AFTER buying this 8 inch rack - but the covers add a couple inches on each side so all is well. Nice solid, durable rack that can be thrown as needed without damaging the equipment inside.

Like a Fluke, Only Better
This meter is laid out almost identical to the popular Fluke 8010, 8050, etc. What makes this meter a better choice is that it has a bright LED display which is much easier to read than the Fluke's LCD which is hard to read at times. Also, the GW Instek has the very handy continuity beeper for quick continuity checks without having to look up at the meter each time. The GW's buttons are also a bit larger and faster to access than on the Flukes. Flukes are great meters of course, but I find the GW Instek just as reliable, easier to read and faster to operate. Sorry, Fluke.
