Used 10 times then quit, lost $600+ bucks

I used this product 10 times max, and now it's completely quit working. I purchased it from this store on March 2022. I have a small off-grid system for power outages. I replaced all of the fuses that were sent with the inverter and that did not fix the problem. The 7th time I used it, it smelled funny, and today it smelled really bad and then quit working. It's been stored inside my home the entire time and in a climate-controlled room. I couldn't have taken better care of it, so now I'm just out over $600 bucks. No diagrams, manuals, or anything accompanied this product, to refer to if you have issues either, so I'd suggest looking else where unless you just have money to burn.
