  i received a model different then was shown. This was missing an important and more costly feature WIFI. The packaging was terrible and the seller did not respond in 2+ days. I am in a bad spot with a non working AC unit and need resolution so I know what to do next. At this point a want a full refund but find working with EBAY difficult and not timely. This is turning me off in dealing with online purchases through EBAY
