Good Quality, Good Deal
1 of 1 found this helpful A good deal on high quality 'paracord' / 'parachute cord' / '550 cord'. Used this stuff for 40+ years for a variety of camping and outdoor applications. Not sure why it has become so trendy lately, with lots of colors and different grades / weights / strength ratings. But hard to find this good of a deal on high quality stuff.

Good, Basic, Arbor for a Variety of Wheels
1 of 1 found this helpful A good, basic arbor for running a variety of buffing, grinding, deburring, polishing, cut-off wheels, etc. Solid, simple components that should hold up for extended use. I like that I can run 5/8", 3/4", and 1" ID wheels on the same arbor (as long as I don't lose the bushings!). Might be able to run 1/2" ID wheels too? Easier to locate arbors for smaller ID (1/4", 3/8") wheels, so this was a good find. Might have to make some simple spacers to run thinner wheels, since the space between the bell-shaped cup washers is fixed at approximately 1/2". A good value with shipping included; I may buy another one just to make swapping wheels more convenient.

Very Convenient And Effective
Individually sealed towelette / wipe packages might be the most expensive way (per use) to buy waterless hand cleaner, but they are the most convenient way for cleaning your hands after occasional or unexpected messes. I keep these in several tool boxes, and in the car. Easy, effective, and take up little space. The tubs of GO-JO cream, and 'pop-up' pails of wipes are fine for shop use, but too large to carry with you. And the pouches containing several wipes dried out on me after using the first one. These have remained sealed, and usable, even after a few years. Good for cleaning greasy or dirty hands on the go.
