Carroll Shelby's White Chicken Chili Kit

Tastes fantastic and makes an awesome super low point Weight Watchers meal

I have been a long time fan of Carrol Shelbys chili kits, so when i saw this i was real happy. I bought all that were on my stores shelves, but when i was finished with what i had i searched and searched and searched all of my local stores and no one carried it. So, i took to purchasing this online. This is an absolutely awesome chili mix. And so easy to prepare. My suggestion... the directions call for 2 lbs of chicken. I used 3 lbs instead. I also added corn and diced onions to it! Even with the Cayenne pepper packet, it still needed a little bit more zip to it. So buy hot taco sauce to add to taste. Top it off with some shredded cheddar and this is a feast fit for a king! For those of you doing Weight Watchers as i am, this is a perfect low point meal. If you were to consume the entire 3lbs of white meat chicken, the seasoning package, onions and Birdseye sweet corn kernels, It would only equal 8 smart points. So essentially you are looking at only about 2-3 points per serving.
