About
I live in palm beach county, Florida.. most of the items I am going to be listing are from downsizing since I am older and hav that "empty nest" syndrome.. clothes, furs, games, books, etc.. should be listed but anything that doesnt sell will be donated to the Salvation Army (I used to help by teaching vacation bible school classes there during the summers) so I like SA better as a charity because I know the funds they raise go directly into the local community and the church..
remember that the items I am listing are almost all USED, not new (unless specified) and even if "NWT" they hav been in boxes for years..
so just to lyk, dont expect new ! Flaws will be present Im sure, as Im not going to examine a $9 tape for a crease in the cover or corner.. I will take pictures of every item, but remember Im listing things for cheap cheap cheap..
I also hav a lot of porcelain and bone china, Nippon, RS Prussia, Noritake, etc.. but for now Im just getting boxes out of the way..
Thx.

Signature Sleep 8 inch foam .. the Ultimate topper .. !
1 of 1 found this helpful ok first if you want a soft, cushiony bed then this is my recipe .. I am giving it because I spent long hours seeking the best deals along with the best solution(s).
Let me tell you that I own several homes nd rental properties .. I am re-hab'g one in palm beach county FL nd the queen-sized air mattress I bought was awesome but I gav it to my (college-bound) daughter to use elsewhere .. this left me with a single pillow-topped mattress which I sleep on but even after using my inversion table, I still had 'ache-y' problems in my shoulders & back (hey, I'm 55..) but I would randomly wake up some mornings (not all, but some) feeling like someone 'beat me up' .. literally.
Attributing this to the aging process, I decided I'm too old to be 'making do' in this area nd decided I'm worth a soft bed to sleep on (as I type this I cant Believe how that last sentence reads hah) so after researching the iNet quite thoroughly, I decided I needed more than the average topper nd that this 8 inch foam would certainly do the trick .. the reviews I saw however, encouraged another mattress topper on top of that .. so what I did was purchase this 8 inch foam topper by Signature Sleep .. then I purchased another topper called 'Dreamy Nights' .. its a 2 inch fiberfill thing that just lays on top of the foam.. then .. I also bought a Wellrest bedding MagicLoft mattress pad .. it also is overfilled but the elastic goes all the way down the sides, holding the Dreamy Nights topper in place .
I sleep on Heaven !
Its soft nd I don't hav the soreness anymore .. its literally (total) the best money Iv ever spent and all for under $200 . The 8 inch foam topper was $110, shipped .. $40 (each) for the two toppers/pads .. and again .. I sleep SO much better now . one thing though, my bed is so tall now I need a step-stool to get into it lol . (I just use the footer, but thats another story.. lol. I plan on getting a little stool or putting in a quick 'step' with some 2x4s nd then cover w/apoxy)
just remember Sleep is very important, especially when it comes into question .. so if you are hesitating on this, don't. Its a fabulous price.
Do your research nd you will see that some of the Best mattresses (Tempurpedic, Serta, even Hanson !) yes check my spelling ont hose .. but most of them use this foam, and even if its not 'memory foam' .. it is the Best Deal .. ! The other companies want to charge hundreds, even Thousands ! I made my own and it was the best thing Iv done for my sleeping comfort ..
I hope this helps .
Don't settle in this area .. it affects your physicality, mood, daily production, and general health.

AUSTIN HM-400 AIR PURIFIER Gr8 VALUE !
You can't go wrong with this unit .. though I will say we've only had it for several months, its performance is phenomenal thus far .. I did quiet a bit of research about brands, types, etc for air purifiers, and this brand was the "biggest bang for the buck" ... or so I read. We moved from south Florida to an northern area where smoking outside isnt possible for us during the colder winter months .. some of the inside areas were starting to get an odor from occasionally smoking, so before we were smoking full time indoors we decided to purchase a higher quality unit .. I chose this model and brand, and on eBay purchased a used one. Yes, even used it really does a great job. HEPA filter is expensive ($150) but as I understand it, will only need replacing every 3-5 years, which is fine. Its a larger unit and handles a heavier volume of air, which is what we wanted. When you hav it turned up on "high" this unit can be rather noisy, but we hav it on low if we are present, if at all. Mainly, we turn it on at night, and it clears the whole downstairs (approx 1500 sq ft) easily. I recommend the AUSTIN brand and this model works awesome for our needs.

'Quick' and 'Easy to Clean' are subjective Terms .. lol
This Cuisinart DGB300 is an older model .. I had one and the grinder quit working but that's fine because I didn't use it anyway .. what I did use was the maker itself and this one is Awesome .. I will tell you that I don't make conventional, regular coffee in it .. I use café bustello cuban espresso, and since I am tired of making it in my one-portafilter/grouphead espresso machine (its too much in the a. m. .. the tamping, the step less grinder, the measuring, the frothing of the milk .. !) its an Expobar Brewtus III and I love it, but yes in the a.m. for me it was all toooo much .. so .. I just throw the espresso in the filter (you can use a #4 cone filter if you don't want to clean the metal one each time) and it comes out GREAT !
I put in a lot of coffee, and only 4 cups of water to brew through the almost-full coffee filter ..nd viola' .. ! Yummy (quad-shots) of espresso .. !
Clean up is a rinse of the cone/grinder part, the little topper part, and another thingy gizmo that takes an ever so much more rinsing, but its all quick and worth it to me .. the coffee pot holds the little sping thingy that stops the flow nd that can get worn or stretched out nd quit working so I now hav 2 of these coffeemakers .
The new cuisinarts I hear nothing but complaints about, so I like this older model, nd it works for my purpose of espresso in the a.m. ..
Hope this helps ..! This model is for those who want an excellent coffee-brewer that WORKS !
