  AVOID-----HAS TO BE THE WORSE SELLER ON EBAY!! They sent a sealed package-with no item inside--basically empty plastic bag with address label on it! Response from seller was the weigh the packet- the weight was 0 as the packet is empty!! The seller has not responded by replacing the item, or giving a refund! BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!

  2 remotes ordered both delivered in a plastic postage bag. No packing material ie bubblewrap. Consequently onebadly broken. Seller contacted with photo of remote. Vague communications. Agreed to replacement of item. Requested to be advised when sent. Short reply "yes". Nothing else heard but replacement arrived 3 days later. ON IT'S OWN, NO PACKING IN AN UNPADDED PLASTIC POSTAL BAG. The mind boggles.
