knob for heathkit It-28 or it-11
The knob is fine; but with some research the knob can be found for a lot less money.

Awesome book.
Great book that includes just about everything you would want to know about Lionel trains.

Lionel 2245 Texas Special
0 of 5 found this helpful The Lionel 2245 Texas Special A unit I received was in poor condition. All of the parts were there; but pretty much nothing worked. Being an Electrical Engineer, I was able to get all of the electro-mechanical parts working after buying some additional parts, cleaning and lubricating. What I was most disappointed with was the paint. The red was faded to orange and the whole unit was covered with an oily dirt. I will have to buy a better shell or get the one i received re-painted. The only saving grace was that the battery compartment was clean with no corrosion.
