Works, but was def. Used and installed.
2 of 2 found this helpful The unit is working, 2 hours from our installing it, however it was DEF. used, and even programmed for scheduling...2 or 3 days worth with sensors activated and one even named..
So not so much a "open box, partial mount" but rather "used" condition.
There is also a pc of tape that has left a goo directly on the touch pad...attempting to find something to remove it that wont ruin touch sensor.
However it is working.

Worth Every Penny!
I looked high and low for a lower profile, AFFORDABLE, simple sliding door hardware kit and these were worth every penny. If Functionality is what your seeking, not so much fancy visually, then this will door.
Hung 36inch sliding hollow core door on a 32Inch opening to an office.
