Great product

Have old 2011 PC with this motherboard which failed unexpectedly. Ordered this new motherboard on November 8, received the motherboard on November 20, installed next day and booted up. Windows 7 and MS Office both wanted new activation codes which I was able to obtain. My computer is now up and running as it was prior to the motherboard failure. Thank you for your product and very timely delivery to Alberta, Canada
