Below mid. The noise canceling isn't great. There is an echo or reverb on anything played through the headphones. They look pretty good and are pretty comfortable tho.

Alright cheap controller.
This was a bit difficult to set up in Steam, but once I got it working, it works well for most games. It comes with a joystick attachment for the directional pad that works well in a few games. But overall, it's kind of a cheap basic controller. If you don't have many other controllers and are tight on cash, it's alright, but if you can get your hands on a PS controller and adapter, which I'm pretty sure this is modeled after, those are a bit better. It's nice to have around as an option in different games though.
