Workable economic solution
Installer has to have some mechanical aptitude, poor directions in kit, it is intended to be a "cat back" system so you may have to visit local auto part store for adapters to complete connections, also possibly some hangars if you have unique existing exhaust system.
These are 'slip fit connections" in the kit so if your cat has a flanged outlet you will need to account for that.
Metal system is made of is standard thickness about same as OEM tube thickness so it should last reasonably well. Overall I'm very pleased with the kit. Only negative I can find with kit, are the poor installation instructions for those that are mechanically challenged. Most true "gear heads" can figure it out easily enough I think.

Nice unit
22 of 22 found this helpful Have had it about 2 weeks now, after some initial priming via choke/pulling starter rope, it started right up 1st time VERY QUIET literally you can stand beside it and have a conversation at normal voice levels. Last weekend I ran it in eco mode operating a 32" shop fan for nearly 8 hrs continuous, with intermittent use running a saw, and an electric drill, and also the charger for my job-site radio.
I've considered buying a second one to run larger loads with the 2 tied in parallel, though it will run on E85 fuel, for maximum standby service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND spending a little more on non ethanol blended fuel with fuel stabilizer in it.
Not too heavy to "tote around", and is a 4 cycle engine with low oil level protection, simple to operate, open vent knob on top of generator, set operating selector to full choke, pull starting rope until it "coughs/starts" then set to run position, Eco mode is used with light loads <1000W intermittent for max fuel economy.
