Incredibly satisfying to color
Had ALL of the Designs to Color books as a teen in the '60s and they were such a blast to color. The abstract designs really let you create a wonderful piece of almost-original art that was far more than just coloring in a set picture. So glad these are being published again as they are far superior to the THOUSANDS of Adult Coloring Books that have flooded the market in the last couple of years. Hope they re-print the rest of the series!

McCall's lounge lizard pattern
I made this pattern for my son over 20 years ago and it was his absolute favorite lovey. Can't find my copy of the pattern so I've had to buy a new one because I need to make another one now! It's a great critter, very simple to make with fabulous results.
