Reliable and flexible enough for anything I have used these for.
Used these for year in my work life.
Never had a failure of a controller that did not include electrical supply line problems or accidental spillage of liquids. Regardless of the age of the damaged unit, sometimes over a decade, a new unit, with the same input and output selection, slipped right in to original socket with no wiring changes at all.
Going to use this one to control temp on an offset smoker. Never built a circuit to control a fire before. My experience with Omron controls makes me think if I build the smoke tight enough it should be doable.
