  Sold this pack that was missing the back support insert. I contacted Camelbak and they do not offer replacements for sale. I told the seller that I would make my own back support and accept a partial refund to make it. It would cost about $20 just for the materials to build one specifically to fit, not including the time, research and labor. Seller refused and said to just ship it back. I decided to keep the pack and share this poor experience with other potential customers.

  This guy is lowdown! I offered a full freindly fast refund if he shipped it back. He was trying to get me to take a huge hit with a big partial refund! Do NOT trust this guy as a buyer! I just now saw the negative feedback 10-22-2024 as I didnt know at the time there was a problem. I thought he was happy with the backpack! Oh well lifes short and I figure he is going to have some unpleasant experiences because of his miserable additude!
