Crap Product

Item described as UNUSED NEW but item is faulty and has been used, with signs of poor repair. Unit had an existing program loaded with the Touch screen unable to function correctly We have System reset and Reload the factory settings then re calibrated up to 25 times with different results each time . touch function cal be up to 25mm error. Product not functioning correctly as a NEW item.
