Won't stay on ear! Straight to the garbage bin.
No matter how I adjust the earpiece it won't sit on my ear properly and will eventually fall off. The identical item purchased through Blue Parrot directly ships with internal earbuds that sit in the ear canal. This possibly refurbished device sits on top of the year with a cushion and will not stay in place. Lesson learned you get what you pay for.
