Out of date software
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used old flip phones for years they work perfect except for sending and receiving good quality pictures. I use the phone for pictures on construction sites and needed better quality picture. Purchased the i547 to have more detailed photos of which it does. However, the phone will not send or receive photos or download anything. I took it to AT&T store where I have my account and they say the software is out of date, got second opinion and they say the same. I would send photos, but I can't.
