Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had on eBay. The seller is a standup guy who provided, prompt, positive communication. The book itself is everything promised and more!

3rd Season CRYPT Delivers gore thrills and laughs!
For seven seasons throughout the 1990s, HBO served up gore splattered fun in their resurrection of William M. Gaines' Tales From the Crypt (a 1950s comic book series that eventually was banned for publication by the Comic Book Ratings Code.) Each episode is introduced by that giggling gargoyle the Crypt Keeper who delights in taunting his viewers with exceptionally wicked puns. ("Hello Boils and Ghouls . . . tonight's nauseating narrative is about a musician who wanted to be the King of Rot and Roll . . . etc.) The episodes themselves, all remakes of comic book tales pried from the sickening vaults of 1950s E.C. comics including Tales From the Crypt, Vault of Horror, and Crime Suspense Stories. With Richard Donner, Joel Silver, and Walter Hill all serving as executive producers, Crypt guarantees viewers slick production values and top casting all contained within a 25 minute short film. And being a HBO production, the producers are allowed to spew out R-rated thrillers with generous portions of violence, profanity, gory shock effects, and SEX!! That's right, the original Crypt tales delighted in presenting fetching females in various stages of distress and undress and HBO delivers in the lurid sex dept. Just another reason whey fans will savor digging up this and other volumes of Tales From the Crypt. Hee-hee-heeeeeeeeeee.

Triple feature of "double threats."
Andy Sidaris, the auteur of combining bullets, blood, and babes, gets his ripe treatment in this first of several triple feature DVD sets starring some of the finest double features in sexploitation cinema. Any hot blooded, American male who's a fan of exotic locations (shot in dull fashion), bad acting, and large breasted women blasting bad guys while trying not to spill out of their bikinis, will do back flips over this collection. The transfers are all above average and the silly intros. featuring Andy and a barely-clad Julie Strain are hokily appropriate for the material. My favorite moment, B-movie goddess Sybil Danning hoses herself down during the gloriously gratouitous plot wrap up in "Malibu Express."

Back to school - in a daze
Here's a great opportunity to revisit several T & A, old school "classics", in this bargain basement, DVD collection. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Crown International Pictures corned the market in the production of cheap, sex-ploitation flicks aimed towards high schoolers, many sneaking into R-rated movies for the first time! There's lots of great memories for any hot blooded male who remembers leering at Caren Kaye in a blue bikini or delicious Betsy Russell proving "Tomboys" know how to screw a lug nut! By the way, the transfer of "Pom Pom Girls" is a scratched up disaster absolutely contributing to its "charm" as a grindhouse minor classic.
