Stephen King's The Shining (2003, DVD)
1 of 3 found this helpful This movie is a mini-series and I have never been able to watch it completely. When a truly scary part comes on I have to leave the room. With the DVD I now can stop/pause the scene and come back to where I left off. This is a wonderful way for anyone to see this movie. I loved the original version but this one is a more up to date version technically.

Anne Frank by Anne Frank (1993)
This is a wonderful book. It is so touching that some good can come from something so tragic. I really thought it would be difficult to read this book in a day to day diary format but I was wrong. I just felt like you could go through it with her and understand more of the emotions of the time. Outstanding story.
