  The item wasn’t new, seller did enter that in the description, but needs to select correct descriptions. The box it came in was falling apart and was damaged. Luckily the pan survived.

  Seller didn't respond to my first three emails regarding shipping problems. Finally got a response but never an explanation about the problem. Received item over a week late. She said shipped 11/30, FedEx said 12/6. Plus, ebay post said it was being shipped USPS not FedEx. It was a mess. I feel I'm due a partial refund. Being a Christmas decor item, it would have been nice to have had it for longer than 12 days.
