It's a very comfortable back support bel...
It's a very comfortable back support belt. The pocket for the ice/heat is a good size. Unless I try to squat, I forget it is on. It's a well designed product. Thank you

It's a nice product.
It will probably work fine on the 221 Featherweight. I bought it for a Singer 328k, which was supposed to work. However, it slid around on the 328. I was unable to tighten it down adequately even when it took vise grips to get it off. I have 2 Singers on my sewing table doing different projects & I am too busy to dig out the Featherweight until after Christmas. I did find a raised feed dog cover plate that is working on the 328 for free motion quilting.
The product is of high quality material.
