Support Nightmare!!
Purchased after research because reviews are good. My refurb unit powered on but did not work. A brother with cancer kept me from testing it in the first 14 days, so I couldn't just exchange the unit. I went to Linksys for support. 4 1/2 hours, 5 techs I could mot even understand, and I HOPE they are sending me a replacement, though I could not really tell. Support was TERRIBLE!!! ONE person who could actually speak HALF DECENT english should have been able to resolved this in an hour. Just my personal experience. I have used Cisco & Linksys in corporate settings, and have always loved their products. I will think twice before buying again. Greenpigcm.
