Best programmer.
Very easy to use to reprogram any ESU LokSound decoder. plug a few cords in, download the software from their website, connect it to a piece of track and you're ready to go! Comes with everything needed to start using right out of the box and is easily set up to go in mere minutes.
only downside is that changing the horns and bell's in the programm it's self is more difficult as it doesn't list them individually, just in sound files 1,2,3,4, etc.
