I would definitely buy from gregs-esale again- and I've not been happy with ebay electronics. The AV receiver sounds and works great. It has both line level outputs for the 7.1 sound. The microphone does pretty good adjusting for spacing to optimize the listening experience. It has more inputs than i can possibly imagine. Connecting 12AWG speakers to terminals is a bit rough. Using banana plugs would eliminate this problem.

certainly a keeper - does the job especially for the price!
kemme begin by saying, a 'phile i'm not, k. i purchased these for peace because if i'm playing tunes on my 'puter while she's watching tv, our open floor plan makes everyone suffer! i needed peace and this has been a very worthwhile solution! i'll detail the positives:
1) while i've only used it sparingly with games, it provides very good audio with distinctive channel separation for r&b, jazz and pop. it's a tad bassy but with the jbl app, equalization can be adjusted. having written that, i suspect any adjustment would require the cans be turned on.
2) i love the fact that they work fine while off!. there are some i've read some negative comments re the effectiveness of its noise cancellation. what i can report is that i'm good be anc being on or off.
these are a keeper for me. they can feel a tad heavy after hours of use and my head can get a bit warm with the snug fit but not so much that it's an issue. i can take them off for 30-90 secs and be good again. i've had them for over a month now and haven't had to charge them once. course, i rarely have to turn them on to hear and that's the best part! these work fine without power and deliver a very strong sound field.
for reference, i use them with the sound blaster ae-7 dac which is a huge improvement from my older sb-z dac. i have/had soe other cans but could not find them so i bought these. certainly a worthwhile upgrade and yes, these will be a keeper.

great alternative to the luminara.
can't tell the diff between these and the pricier luminaras. would like to see a scented version but am quite happy. a bonus is that the remote works with the entire line. so when i rec;d a replacement, didn't have to use another remote. that's huge! the last we need are multiple remotes, like we don't have enough now.
