Quality Item
This saw is the only quality one I know of that allows adjustment/tightening of the saw base angle with a simple Allen screw. Any that have adjustment/tightening via a lever will eventually have the lever mechanism wear out, which will necessitate buying expensive parts or, in my case of an expensive Porter Cable Saw, the parts won't be available and the saw will be junk. The more expensive Bosch JS570 might have the same issue, so best to buy this one. Other cheaper Bosch Jig saws might have the Allen screw for adjustment/tightening, but are not as good in general, with a plastic gear housing instead of a metal one as this has.
