I ordered the burner in the listing, going by size and model number. They sent me the wrong burner. I contacted and told them they sent me the wrong burner, the mounting end was completely different than pictured in the listing and 2 inches too long. Nearly 2 weeks after I message them to tell them they sent the wrong burner , they told me that all the burners they have are exactly alike and " it will fit my bbq" . I told them it would not. They finally refunded my money.
