Great biography!
Most of this book is written in the words of Chief White Eagle; he is an excellent story teller. This book explores a part of history that isn't often talked about - a time when westerns portrayed the Indians as a savage race, always attacking and pillaging white settlements. This book gives the other side of that story, depicting a well-traveled, educated soldier, husband and Hollywood actor from the not so distant past. It's an easy read while still being packed with a lot of good stories. Highly recommend!!

Needs more calories, otherwise good
2 of 4 found this helpful It has too few calories to be considered a meal replacement. At only 120 calories per serving, you’d need 5 servings to equal 1/3 of your daily average caloric intake (I was thinking to use this to replace an occasional lunch or breakfast, so it needs SOME calories). I think this product could use some added healthy sugars to help provide energy & flavor. Otherwise this product is very good and has all the things you would hope it would have; I think it’s just gone overboard in keeping sugar content down. You need to add your own calories, which sort of defeats the purpose of purchasing a meal replacement in the first place.
