Right Angle Plug
I purchased this to replace the power supply for my Cannon 8400F scanner. It had a straight 12 v plug whereas this has a right angled 12 v plug so it wouldn't fit (not deep enough). I remedied this by using the old straight plug and soldering the wires to the amputated angle plug. Seems like a quality unit but isn't plug and play compatible with the CanoScan 8400F

Good display, accurate, incomplete instructions.
Great instrument, bright display, "Oil Temperature" display. Checked calibration in hot oil against known thermocouple and accurate to within 2 deg F from 70 degrees to 220 degrees. Wire for dimming display has incomplete instructions. Haven't been able to effect dimming yet.
