The unit was working when left, not sure what happen in transit. he informed that he had an issue , I immediately return his fees plus shipping, and told him he could keep the product. This unit was sold in June no sure why he waited three months to give negative feedback. I have contacted ebay about the issue, this should have not happen.

Needs a little refining
This pump works fine, but the only draw back is that the center pin sticks out so far that it is very difficult to install the bolts.

The only problem is it doesn't come with the clamp that holds it to the trimmer shaft.
