I will add that the wheel combo I wanted wasn't listed so I contacted them and they responded quickly with a link to a listing they had created for me to purchase.     Canceled the order within minutes after ordering due to the wrong address for delivery. I messaged them instantly the correct address but did no good. They said that the package was already sent within 5 minutesof ordering, which was BS. I'll certainly NEVER order from this seller again.

    The item was OEM, brand new sealed in the box. Top notch quality. It's very hard to find this part sealed in the box in 2025. The item was a little over $100 with free shipping.     Well described VW OEM part for my 2002 VW Passat. VW stopped supplying this part several years ago and it is no longer available from the US dealer network computer system. It was well packaged and promptly shipped. I will definitely consider doing business with this dealer again when looking for replacement Passat B5 parts.

    I don’t recommend this seller, not sure who or what they are. Parts were not the pictured parts, it looks very different than item pictured, although my mechanic said it would work it is not what we were lead to believe we were ordering. Did not answer questions directly; kind of danced around with answers that did not exactly answer questions. Item was not received within stated shipping time frame. Item was not shipped from listing address, in fact none of their addresses matched anything.
