Dune Buggy Go Kart Cart Assembly Plans How to Build Homebuilt Project

Decent quality, though could use a little modernizing.
The plans seem workable, and I'm confident I could build a gokart from them. They share some of the key insights necessary for understanding how to build a decent gokart (such as how to choose and install brakes). However, the plans seem somewhat rudimentary, and could use some updating and illustrations using modern CAD software. Also, if it included some CAD drawings, people would be able to have some of the parts fabricated by local machine shops. One final oddity is that they provide the plans on a CD, for only a couple dozen megabytes worth of data, which consists of a couple dozen pages of drawings an instructions with each page saved in its own Word document... why not a single 30-page Word document or PDF? What a pain to open up all the files to print or read. Still, worth the price to get your build off to a quick start.

Good quality, and a clever design.
It is exactly like the pictures. The designer does respond to emails, but doesn't speak English well... you're pretty much on your own to figure out how to use it. Only thing I'd improve is how the z-axis moves on little plastic wheels - those seem flimsy and I'll probably be replacing them with something metal.

Refurb worked for 1 week, then had issues
Monitor model itself is nice. Crisp resolution, with good gaming response and extra features. This refurb, however, worked for 1 week before starting to experience issues. The screen began to shudder and tear, followed by blinking on and off sporadically (this happens when just sitting in Windows, not just in games). I was hesitant to buy this, because the refurb only has a 90 day warranty (while a new one would come with a 3 year rapid-exchange warranty from ASUS)... I'm glad it failed fast.
