Typical Anderson Garbage
Not even sure that this is an Anderson product, as the packaging had no label. Bought this for my new pistol build after reading the reviews. Big mistake. It may work if you file down the tip of your safety detent, but I'm not going to do that to fit a $20 safety. Spend $15 more and get the Seekins Precision. I tried this one in 3 of my rifles, and it didn't fit any of them. Poor finish too, as would be expected from Anderson Manufacturing. Spray paint would have made for a better finish. It's now in the trash, where it belongs.

Aluminum...??
The comp is aesthetically pleasing, and the sound is diverted properly away from the operator. However, if you're looking to index the tool flats, good luck. The aluminum didn't fair very well against my armorer's wrench. A little touch up with a flat needle file and some Aluminum Black, and all was well. Weight reduction should not have stopped KVP from using nitride coated steel to construct this comp. Also, if you're running a slim keymod/M-Lok rail, be sure to buy the SLIM XL. It barely fit inside of my rail with a ID of 1.28".

Works Great, But Not Black
Works great. Attached solidly to my Keymod rail. However, the product is not black. It is more of a dark olive color.
