Fit perfectly with Polaris ATP 500 2004
So far so good. Fan is now turned on automatically when coolant temperature is hot. My original switch wad always open and high engine temperature warning was reached (coolant was boiling). I have connected a switch in parallel with this sensor and if it fails again, i will be able to force the fan always on (better than always off).
