incorrect voltage
It's a 16V supply, not 19V as advertised. And the DC plug is wrong.
The plug I can fix but not the voltage.

sort of works
3 of 3 found this helpful The slide feeder works 20% of the time. Saved image will include black arcs in the corners, will require manual cropping of the image. Documentation, sparse that it is, appears to have been written by a 4th grader. I know Chinese -> English is not easy but you could hire a native speaker for 4 hours and fix it across all product lines.
