Easy and fast
I love my new Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer! It is simple to use and even easier to clean! I made sirloin tip roast that came out perfect in only 40 minutes , Asparagus in only 5 minutes. If I had known how great it was ,I would have bought sooner !
It came with recipe cards. A cookbook would be nice

Motivating
This cookbook, The Blue Willow Inn has motivated me to get back to that southern way of cooking. Who could resist sitting down to a table full of these delicious foods. Made my mouth water with anticipation just reading the recipes
