  My first time leaving neutral feedback. Poorly packaged. Auction said Priority Mail for $17.85, I got ground advantage for $11.80. I paid right away after purchasing item on November 4th but wasn't shipped until November 16th he said due to vacation and an emergency that came up. Which may have been true but better communication would have been a good idea. The item was shipped in a box too small for the item causing tail fins to be jabbed into box side.
