Nice replacement for a NLA part.
Bought this for a slightly different application than what it is intended & yes, it worked great! My XJ is a '97 4.0 & this isolator is listed for the hanger attached to the front pipe. I noticed the similarities between the bracket that this mounts in & the rear most hanger assy. (NLA) on the tailpipe & ordered two. Same disassembly for both, drilling out four rivets & the replacement matched the original. Only tricky part & this applies to the intended front hanger & the rear, as they are both the same size, .50" diameter, is that the hole where the hanger passes through the new block has to be enlarged to accommodate the OEM metal hanger. Either that or you have a trick to force the metal hanger through the smiley shaped hole which will not be easy.
