My smart board is working now.
1 of 1 found this helpful The pen tray did not function properly. It did not sense the presence or absence of the blue and red pens. Because I had another non-functioning pen tray that had a different issue, I was able to cannibalize the circuit boards from that pen tray and get the one you sent working. So, I'm ok. I didn't want to go through the return process. The pen tray was very well wrapped and it arrived on time. It just must not have been tested before you sent it. It was priced right for a working pen tray.
