  Seller was very cooperative and gave excellent communication when I queried him about the slow delivery. USPS tracking is blank or useless while your package makes it 's way by boat from Hawaii to continental US. Once on soil again, the tracking will let you know where the book is en route and when to expect it. The book was very well packed. It arrived with not even a bump on the corners. It was pristine!   I ordered a copy of HARVEY AND LEE on October 1st. Moments after ordering, I sent you a contact sender e-mail, restating my request to have Mr. Armstrong inscribe the book to R. Dixon Smith, You d told me last month that you d have him do this. I ve been checking for a tracking number, but it only states not yet shipped , feedback required , and feedback not received .
