5" Ice Scoop
1 of 2 found this helpful It was a little smaller than expected. The scoop part measured 4-1/2 inches, not 5" as advertised. It holds about 5-7 of the ice "cubes" that ice makers produce, a bit less than I was hoping for. 4-12" versus 5" may seem like nitpicking, but for me it is the difference between needing one scoop or two to put the desired amount of ice into my glass. But overall, it isn't a bad product for the price. If you keep it in the ice bin, you might want to wrap a few layers of duct tape around the metal handle to insulate your fingers from the cold.

Back support
2 of 2 found this helpful I wanted something with back support to help with moderate pain in my lumbar region, and this filled the bill nicely, adjusting the back rest to its lowest position.

It's cheap, but useless.
My Motorola phone's battery is just a bit too long to fit between the charging terminals and the tension bar. What do flashing or steady red or blue lights mean? Instructions on package are in Chinese only.
Worked inconsistently, sometimes charge percentage increased, other times it decreased.
