  told buyer to submit claim to ebay and they did not listen so there lost. We do not open and check all boxes like title says closed a new and if it broken they can get their money back from Ebay because that is not our fault. They could have broke it or delivery person.

  I will try to contact eBay regarding the $11.25 I was charged at the PO However I have to say the last time I tried to have contact with eBay I was actually talking to a scam artist and my PayPal account was hit for $125.00 fortunately PayPal reimbursed me. I think I’m not going to buy much here anymore twice in a row there’s been a problem with eBay
