Worth the money!

Velcro straps
These straps have a buckle and are used like a small belt. You wrap the strap around your package with the velcro side out, pass the loose end through the buckle, pull it tight, and press the velrco "hook" end against the "loop" portion of the strap. Because of the length of the hook and loop sections the minimum diameter to which things can be cinched tight is about 4 inches, The maximum diameter is about 7 inches.The velcro holds tightly. The quality is good.
